How to make us stop

Write to support@delima.uk with the word stop, plus one detail so we can find you.

• You had a card about your company Your company name or company number. Both are printed on the card.
• You gave us your email for deadline reminders The address you used. Or click the link at the bottom of any reminder, which is quicker than writing to us.
• You work at an accounting firm we contacted Your firm's name.

Calling +44 24 7542 6883 and saying so works just as well.

If the card came from an accounting firm

Cards go out in the name of the accounting firm holding your postcode district, so ours is not the name you saw. Tell either of us. If you tell the firm, the firm tells us, and the result is identical.

What happens next

We pull you out of anything still in production, provided it has not already reached the printer. Then we put your company number on a suppression list.

That list is the part worth understanding. Every month we pull the public register again, and a plain deletion would drop you straight back into it. The suppression list is the only thing that keeps you out, which is why it is the one record we keep after you have gone. It holds a company number and a date. Nothing else.

Five working days is normal. One month is the legal maximum.

We will not ask why, and nobody is going to ring you to talk you out of it.
